"The Spirit of holiness is the Holy Spirit in you to make you holy, and as you totally obey what His voice in you is saying, then you are being made holy. Furthermore, this process goes hand in hand with John 14:16, where we see seven functions of the Holy Spirit--- Comforter, Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby [Amplified Bible]. Those seven functions of the Holy Spirit illustrate how the Spirit of holiness operates when you comfort; when you counsel; when you help; when you intercede; when you stand in and defend; when you strengthen and encourage; when you stand by and are available to bring the divine intervention of God. Another way of looking at it is when you are operating in obedience to the Spirit of holiness as it flows in you, you won't be operating in your flesh or by your own carnal nature."  ---[Part 2-- An encounter with the Glory of God].
